Every package includes a four-hour block of slushie time. We'll show up an hour beforehand for setup, and pop back in for a quick visit afterward to grab the machines once the party is over. Suggested party sizes are based on roughly one 9 oz. drink per person, per hour, with rotating refills to the machine. Smaller compostable cups are available for kids by request — which also means more slushies per batch.

how far in advance should I book?
At least 2 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for summer weekends. We'll still try to make last-minute requests work when we can.
do you provide power for the machine?
Machines run on standard household power, and every rental comes with a 25 ft extension cord to reach the nearest outlet.
what if I need it longer than 4 hours?
Extra time is $20 for every additional 2 hours. Just tell us how long you need in the booking form and we'll build it into your quote.
what does the 4-hour block actually cover?
The block includes the hour we spend setting up before your event, in addition to the four hours of pouring. We come back for pickup afterward — no cleanup on you.
is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit secures your date. It's fully refunded at pickup as long as the equipment comes back in good shape.
does the rental include drinks or alcohol?
Rentals cover the equipment and setup. Alcohol is not included. Premium drink blends are available as a paid add-on — ask when you book and we'll quote it.
can I provide my own drink mix?
Yes, you can. That said, we highly recommend purchasing our drink mixes — we can guarantee the right ratio for the perfect taste and consistency. Alcohol is never included, but it's easy to mix in yourself.
